Greener Leith AGM - 29th September

Greener Leith is pleased to announce our Annual General Meeting is to be held in the Kirkgate Community Centre Cafe on the 29th of Septembe at 7.30pm. The meeting is open to the public, and will feature our keynote speaker Simon Pallant from Planning Aid Scotland, who'll be explaining more about what Planning Aid Scotland does, how the planning system works, and how people can get involved in it.

This is a great opportunity to find out more about Greener Leith, and how you can get more involved in both our organisation, and your local neighbourhood.

There will also be an opportunity to join, so if you've been reading our email updates for a while now, and thinking about joining, come to our AGM and if you like what you hear, we'll be happy to take your fiver on the night! If you can't make it to the meeting, but would like to join anyway - you can do it safely and securely on-line here.

Apologies, I would like to join you but there is a clash with a public meeting about the controversial planned closure of Fort Primary School in Leith so I am afraid I am double booked. I hope it goes well!

Whoops! 7.30pm. Thanks for pointing that out Laura...I've amended the blog post accordingly.
