This month, our increasingly popular We Love Leith mopnthly bike ride take place on the 29th of May, meeting at 10.30am. It will run on the route above - from Mal Maison on the Shore to the Sheeps Hied Inn at Duddingston and back to Easter Road. Along the way, we'll take in Leith Links, Lochend Park, Arthurs Seat and The Innocent Railway Tunnel.
The ride is just over 10 miles long in total, broken up by lunch at about halfway. As ever, we've tried to avoid busy roads. Please note that there is a short section on a path that hasn't been tarmaced, and therefore the ride might not be suitable for people with super skinny lightweight road tyres on their bike.
Everyone is welcome to join us on the ride and it's free, although you will need to pay for your lunch, or bring a packed lunch.
As ever, if you're not sure whether you're fit enough, but would like to come on the ride, we can arrange for you to borrow an electric bike at no extra charge. However, if you'd like to take advantage of this offer, you will need to contact us in advance.
